Product Introduction
● Material composition: unsaturated polyester resin is used as the matrix, together with glass fiber, quartz sand, calcium carbonate and other fillers, added with flame retardant, anti-aging agent and other additives, and molded by molding or injection molding.
● Core features: Lightweight and high-strength (density 1.8-2.0g/cm ³, compressive strength ≥ 30MPa), over 60% lighter than cast iron cover plates, easy to install; Excellent insulation performance (insulation resistance ≥ 10 ¹² Ω), no risk of conductivity; Corrosion and moisture resistance, able to resist corrosion from acids, alkalis, salts, and humid environments, and not easy to rust; Anti slip and wear-resistant, with multiple anti slip textures on the surface, high friction coefficient, and long service life (generally 8-15 years); Environmental protection has no recycling value and can effectively prevent theft.
● Specification types: Common square (300 × 300mm, 500 × 500mm, etc.), rectangular (600 * 500~2400 * 500, etc. sizes are acceptable), circular, thickness 8-50mm, supports customization; Classified by purpose, it can be classified into ordinary type, load-bearing type (capable of carrying 10-50 tons), and flame retardant type (with a flame retardant rating of FV0).
