Product Introduction
●Material and process: glass fiber is used as the reinforcement, unsaturated polyester resin as the matrix, anti-aging agent, flame retardant and other additives are added, and some products are built with steel bars to enhance the bearing capacity after pultrusion or molding.
●Core features: Lightweight and high-strength (density 1.9-2.1g/cm ³, flexural strength ≥ 120MPa), weighing only one-third to one-half of a steel bracket, and requiring no heavy equipment for installation; Outstanding insulation performance (insulation resistance ≥ 10 ¹² Ω), eliminating electrochemical corrosion and protecting the cable sheath; Corrosion and moisture resistance, able to withstand acid, alkali, salt, humidity, and high and low temperature (-40 ℃~120 ℃) environments, with a service life of 25-30 years; Flame retardant and fire-resistant (flame retardant level FV0, low smoke density), no magnetic interference, non-conductive and non-conductive; Environmental protection has no recycling value and can effectively prevent theft.
●Specification types: pre embedded, bolted, and arm supported according to installation methods; Divided by load into light (≤ 50kg), medium (50-100kg), and heavy (≥ 100kg); The common length is 300-1500mm, supporting customized aperture and size, and complying with standards such as DL/T 5210.6-2019 "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Electric Power Construction Part 6: Adjustment Test".
Product Usage
Mainly used for cable laying support, suitable for the installation and fixation of power cables, control cables, and communication cables of 10 kV and below. Scenarios include:
●Layered support for cables in underground cable trenches, tunnels, and cable wells;
●Installation of cable supports in highly corrosive environments such as chemical, metallurgical, petroleum, and wastewater treatment;
●Cable wiring in places such as substations, power plants, high-rise buildings, municipal engineering, bridges, etc;
●Outdoor overhead cables, underground mines, and other scenarios that require insulation, corrosion prevention, and lightweight can replace traditional steel and concrete supports to avoid safety hazards caused by rust and corrosion.
